Small Group Strength & Weightlifting Coaching

Overview

  • Recommended for those who have already participated in strength/weightlifting training to a competent level.
  • Many of our Weightlifting and Strength Training Technique Course participants progress on to becoming regulars in these sessions.
  • Excellent value supervised training options.
  • Choose from training in groups of four to six people in:
  • 30-minute, circuit-based strength small group training sessions.
  • 60-minute, Olympic Weightlifting small group training sessions
  • Interact with other like-minded people and become part of Team Strong For Life.
  • Receive a good level of personal attention and coaching, unlike in some group exercise classes, as numbers remain at a maximum of six.
