Who is ‘Strong For Life’ for?
Small Group Strength & Weightlifting Coaching
Recommended for those who have already participated in strength/weightlifting training to a competent level.
Many of our Weightlifting and Strength Training Technique Course participants progress on to becoming regulars in these sessions.
Excellent value supervised training options.
Choose from training in groups of four to six people in:
30-minute, circuit-based strength small group training sessions.
60-minute, Olympic Weightlifting small group training sessions
Interact with other like-minded people and become part of Team Strong For Life.
Receive a good level of personal attention and coaching, unlike in some group exercise classes, as numbers remain at a maximum of six.
Packages for Small Group Strength coaching:
One 30-minute session per week
£20.00 per month
Two 30-minute sessions per week
£35.00 per month
Packages for Small Group Weightlifting coaching:
One 60-minute session per week
£30.00 per month
Two 60-minute sessions per week
£50.00 per month
