Before training with Sam, I’d always been keen sportsman but recently sustained a bad sporting injury that required surgery and a long lay off. When I returned to training again I found myself overweight, lethargic and lacking in motivation to regain my previous levels of fitness.
I decided to give Sam a try and I have to say I’ve been very happy with the progress I’ve made. Six months of strength training under Sam’s guidance and advice has empowered me to greatly improve my motivation, strength and overall fitness levels. I now feel leaner and significantly more energetic on a daily basis, also resulting in my personal best numbers being improved on.
