I have been training with Sam for about 3 years now. During this time we have lost a considerable amount of weight, which would have been difficult to achieve without Sam’s coaching on lifting heavy weights with good technique. He focuses on high intensity whole body training that works all muscle groups and changes the programme every four weeks to incorporate a variety of exercises and higher or lower repetitions in order to make sure I’m always progressing.
Our long term goal has been to get toned up while being able to maintain this.
Our PT sessions with Sam has enabled us to gain fantastic results, as our pictures might prove.
The attention to detail while working with this PT is what we believe puts Sam in a different league to other PTs.
