One to One Coaching (Personal Training)

Initial Consultation: £20 (refunded when booking any of the packages below)

  • Spend 30-minutes discussing your training goals, motivations and needs, current level of progress etc.
  • Assessment of lifestyle, agree solutions and decide the best course of action.
  • Ask any training related questions.
