As a Tennis Coach, I know the benefit of a good level of fitness. The fitness level for life is just as, if not, even more important. Sam Young has, over the last two years, shown me to a very high level the technical requirements for mobility and strength. These are areas that diminish with age and should be addressed to give a better quality of life in later years. Sam is highly skilled in this area and has motivated me to train twice per week, which has included 110kg rack pull deadlifts for 10 reps. Developing this level of strength has made my job and all daily activities so much easier.
