Click the big blue “Get Started” button at the top of the page and send us a message with a quick intro of who you are and how we can help. We will reply to you as soon as possible with answers to your questions and will also send you an online questionnaire to complete.
We will read your questionnaire and get in touch to arrange a free, no obligation call; or for you to come down to our dedicated strength training facility for a chat about how we can help you.
If we both agree that we will be a good fit for each other, we will agree a plan of action together that targets achieving your specific goals. Then we will book in your coaching sessions including your initial assessment where we will look at your strengths and weaknesses.
The information collected in the questionnaire, consultation and assessment will be used to write a bespoke and agreed training programme. A personalised nutrition guide will also be provided, as well as detailed instructional videos for each exercise on your programme.
You will have access to an easy to use app to access all of the materials that you will need to help you to reach your goals, plus additional support outside of coaching sessions if you need it.
Once you start on your Coaching journey, you will become part of the Strong For Life community, where you will be surrounded by other friendly, but hard-working professional people who are all working towards achieving their health and fitness goals. We offer client-exclusive gym memberships which will enable you to spend more time in a positive, goal-orientated environment.
We will continually review your progress and will make adjustments as necessary in order to ensure that you are continuing to make progress towards (and beyond) your goals.
