If you can't make our workshop or feel like you are already at the level where you are ready to join our regular group sessions, please email us so that we can arrange a free, no obligation call; or for you to come down to our British Weight Lifting affiliated facility for a chat about how we to get involved!

Once you have completed our workshop, have received 1:1 coaching and/or can demonstrate the basics of how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk, we have regular small group coaching sessions where you will become part of our weightlifting club and lift alongside others who are passionate about weightlifting!
Weightlifting club members will have access to a general group training programme, whereas one to one clients will receive bespoke programming to the individual.
We also have club member/client exclusive gym memberships available if you would like to join Hull and East Riding’s only affiliated British Weightlifting Club with unlimited access.
